A Brampton company built around one job: looking after properties in power of sale so lenders don't have to.
POS Property Management Inc. was incorporated in 2018. Since then we have worked for lenders, investors and real estate professionals who need a property taken care of from the day possession is taken until the day it sells.
A power of sale is stressful for everyone involved. Our job is to make the property side calm and predictable: the right people on site on the right day, the property secured, every cost approved in writing first, and clear reports so you always know where things stand.
